Payment Policy
Currency and available methods
Prices and checkout charges are displayed in United States dollars unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. PayPal may offer eligible customers payment by PayPal balance, bank, credit card, or debit card under its own terms.
When an order is accepted
Submitting checkout authorizes the displayed payment. An on-screen or email acknowledgment confirms that we received the order; Mallflare begins shipping only after the payment provider confirms payment and the order passes availability, address, and fraud checks.
Pricing and corrections
The complete amount collected by Mallflare is shown before approval. If a clear pricing, inventory, or technical error affects an order, we may cancel it and void or refund the payment rather than ship it at an obviously incorrect amount.
Payment security
Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider and are subject to that provider's security and privacy practices. Mallflare does not ask customers to send passwords, one-time codes, or full card numbers by email or contact form.
Payment problems
If payment is declined or remains pending, confirm the billing details with the payment provider before trying again. Contact [email protected] before opening a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve an order or refund issue directly; this does not limit any rights available through your payment provider.
