Where we ship
Available destinations are shown in the address form. A listed country is not a promise that every product can be delivered there: current stock, postal code, carrier coverage, and warehouse location are checked for the complete cart before payment. Checkout will stop if any item is unavailable or no delivery route is available.
Shipping charges and estimates
Available shipping services, charges, and estimated delivery windows are calculated from the cart and delivery address and displayed before payment. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Order processing, carrier capacity, weather, customs review, remote destinations, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
Processing and split shipments
Mallflare begins shipping after the payment provider confirms payment and the order passes availability and address checks. Items may ship separately from more than one of our warehouses and may receive different tracking numbers. You are charged only the total approved at checkout unless you later authorize a separate change.
Addresses and changes
Please review the address before paying. Contact [email protected] immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after Mallflare has started shipping, and we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an inaccurate address supplied at checkout.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking appears in your account when the carrier provides it. Carrier scans can take time to update. If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, check the delivery area, household members, building staff, and carrier notice first, then contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Taxes, duties, and carrier charges
Charges collected by Mallflare are displayed before you approve payment. If a government agency or carrier requests an unexpected amount after checkout, do not pay it before contacting us so we can review the shipment terms.
