These terms govern access to Mallflare and purchases made through the store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
Store operator and eligibility
Mallflare operates this online store. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract and provide accurate information. If you use the store for another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them.

Google or Facebook sign-in connects the provider identity to a Mallflare customer account; the provider's own terms also apply to that service. Products, prices, and availability
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices, options, and availability. Screen settings and production batches can cause minor appearance differences. Availability can change before we ship. We may correct a clear content, pricing, inventory, or technical error.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items at the displayed total. An acknowledgment confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may cancel and void or refund an order if payment fails, an item is unavailable, the address cannot be served, a clear error occurred, legal restrictions apply, or fraud and security checks cannot be completed.
Payment, shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state a guaranteed service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or inventory, submit fraudulent orders, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, introduce malicious code, infringe others' rights, or use store content for deception or unlawful resale.
Intellectual property
Mallflare branding, original store content, and the store interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, marks, and content owned by suppliers or other third parties remain theirs. You may use the store for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
Third-party services
Sign-in, payment processing, and carrier delivery may be performed by independent companies. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Mallflare remains the seller, ships the order, and remains responsible for the obligations that applicable law places on us as the seller. These terms do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective goods, fraud, or willful misconduct.
Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law depends on the transaction and the rights that cannot be waived where the customer lives. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not prevent either party from using a court, regulator, payment-provider process, or other remedy available under applicable law.
